Job Description:
Areas of Responsibility;
1. In-charge day to day operation, repair and maintenance activities of mechanical equipments
and machineries.
2. To minimize downtime, reduce maintenance cost and optimize equipments and machineries
utilization.
3. To prepare required capital expenditure for operation, repair and maintenance activities
inclusive of predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance and execute CAPEX timely and
within approved budget
4. To implement and ensure compliance with company policies and other statutory bodies
regulations with special attention to administration, safety, health and environmental policies.
5. Scheduling, planning, coordinating and timely executing planned operation, repair and
maintenance activities within the scheduled time frame.
6. To ensure operation, repair and maintenance standard matching similar world class mill
performance and meet ISO standard and requirements.
7. To prepare annual operation, repair and maintenance budget for the mill inclusive of upgrade
investment.
8. To produce weekly and monthly maintenance activities report inclusive of maintenance cost
incurred.
9. To plan, organize, coordinate, manage and maintain sufficient maintenance manpower to
ensure no production interruption.
10. To analyze, evaluate, recommend and resolve mechanical equipments and machineries
problems or breakdown.
11. Ensure operation and maintenance activities meet ISO standard and requirements.
