Job Description:
Strategic marketing role with a focus on account based marketing across select high value customers. With focus across industry verticals such as Aerospace, Off-highway, Energy, Hi-tech, Transportation, Medical Devices, Oil & Gas and mining.
The responsibilities will include but not restricted to:
Key Account Planning Driving the account planning initiative across the strategic engagements.
Understanding the customer requirements across each account and building tailored value propositions and services to meet their requirements.
Enhancing customer connects and relationship by driving marketing initiatives likes Webinars, newsletters, workshops etc.
Work closely with the sales and delivery teams to respond back to the RFI / RFPs to generate new business
Getting involved in strategic initiatives (Business segment level) & Market Research (Industry & Company Research)
Coordinating customer visits- Identifying the strategic importance, showcasing right capabilities & logistics
Understanding customer pain points and developing solutions to address customer requirements
Collateral’s development , Account Mining and lead generation
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Experience of working with international market/clients
Around 4-5 years of work experience with a leading Engineering services organizations
Good analytical skills, ability to understand business situations and provide data backed analysis
Strong marketing experience with exposure to business planning, lead generation/ account mining, market research, brochures, white papers, case studies etc.
The ability to understand and prepare reports on companies, industries, sectors (across multiple verticals)
Eye for detail
Confident communicator with CXO level internally & externally
Ability to perform in a high pressure environment
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Word
Educational Requirements: MBA with B.Tech would be mandatory.
Mechanical/ Electronics engineer would be preferable
Experience: 5 – 10 Years in the relevant field
