Mandava Uday Kumar, Assistant Engineer, Rural Water Works, Jeelugumilly Mandal of West Godavari District was caught red-handed by the ACB Officials on Wednesday afternoon hours at M.P.D.O. Office, Jeelugumilly of west godavari District, when he demanded and accepted the bribe of Rs. 4000, for himself from the complainant N.Appa Rao Resident of Jeelugumilly Village of West Godavari Dist. for doing an official favor i.e. for recording ‘M’ book for the work done by the complainant.
The accused Officer has been arrested and are produced before the ACB Court, Vijayawada. (INN)
