By vote of voice, Govt. agreed to appoint a Joint Committee of the Assembly to probe into land allotment cases for special Economic Zones in the state Govt. whip, Dornamraju Srinivas Rao presented a resolution in the Assembly yesterday for initiating investigation into the land allotments for special Economic Zones in the state.
Speaker of the Assembly will select the names from both the houses. It may be noted that the speaker has recently constituted a committee to probe into the land allotments for industrial purpose.
