Hyderabad: In a big relief to the applicants, who have paid full amount in respect of LRS within the stipulated period, Principal Secretary of Municipal Administration Arvind Kumar today issued orders to release proceedings in respect of 1,440 cases as they have paid entire amount as per the guidelines stipulated in the LRS.
It may be recalled that HMDA had received 1,61,693 applications and out of which 91,658 applications were approved 58,052 rejected. In respect of 1,440 cases, though the applicants have paid the full amount, the proceedings could not be released so far as the LRS scheme was closed by October 31, 2018. In all these 1,440 cases, the applicants have paid the full amount and complied with all the formalities in the last week of October, 2018. However, LRS proceedings could not be released by October 31, 2018 due to last-minute payments by the applicants and some delay in confirmation of payments.
It was also mentioned in the orders that no intimation letter for payment of fees or submission of any further documents and under no circumstances no new application shall be entertained for submission.
