New Delhi: Mr. Arvind Kejriwal, CM of Delhi in a cartoon tweeted by him allegedly hurts the religious sentiments of the people.
The cartoon purportedly shows Hanuman clad in saffron robes informing the PM Modi, “Done sir, all attention is on JNU” as the PM is seen grappling with ‘market slump, rupee slide, Rohith, Pathankot, Bills and Assembly Polls’.

Hindu Sena registered a complaint with the Mandir Marg police station alleging that the twitter message was posted ‘maliciously with intent to hurt the religious sentiments of the Hindus’. Satish Upadhyay, President of BJP, Delhi lashed out at Kejriwal for hurting the religious sentiments the Hindus. He further said that it was meant to please the leftist parties who are responsible for the anti-national propaganda at JNU. He asked Kejriwal to apologies to the nation immediately.
According to the news published in Indian Express, Mr. Sanjay Singh, senior AAP leader reacted and said, “Is it not true that real issues are not discussed and attention is diverted sometimes to Akhlaq or JNU? No one has said that pro-Pakistan or anti-India slogans should be allowed but what they are doing is ‘dramebaazi. Who says that is Hanuman ji? That is someone flying… could be rakshas (demon) too. This party (BJP) can get away with feeding gallons of milk to ganesha idols too. Is there any semblance of law and order?”.
