After SC slammed the directors of the real estate major- Amrapali group on Tuesday, the directors will now be kept at a Noida hotel under strict police surveillance for 15 days, said the top court today.
The top court further added the three directors will not be allowed to use any mobile phones or telephones without permission and will remain under police watch, NDTV reports
.The court also asked why action cannot be taken as the directors did not obey the court orders for submission of documents related to 46 group companies.
According to the sources, the three directors Anil Kumar Sharma, Shiv Priya and Ajay Kumar will be kept at Park Ascent Hotel under police surveillance in Noida.
Earlier in the day, nine properties of Amrapali Group, spread across Noida, Greater Noida, Rajgir and Buxar were sealed in while taking an undertaking from directors that no other documents are kept at any other place except the nine sealed properties.
