CPI (M) condemned the attitude of the police in arresting the Congress M.P’s. The State Secretary of CPI (M) Dr. K.Narayana deplored this incident strongly and said that it is most unfortunate that arresting Congress M.P’s in the Congress ruled state is a humiliation to the Govt. C.M. has no moral right to continue in his post. He told that Central Govt. is indecisive about Telangana issue for the past 8 years. In fact, Congress Govt. had promised for the formation of Telangana State at the time of 2004 elections itself. Mr. Chidambaram changed his stand within a few days of his making announcement for the formation of Telangana State. Dr. Narayana targeted the dual policy of Congress and pointed out that on the one hand, Mr. B.Satyanarayana declares that there is no harm if there are two Telugu states whereas there as there are more than two Hindi States in the country and on the other hand, C.M. is against the formation of another Telugu State. By arresting the Congress M.P’s, C.M. has established a very wrong precedent.
