New Delhi: Soon-to-be-launched Arnab Goswami’s Republic Bharat triggered competition among Hindi news channels. Zee Media decided to promote Zee Hindustan. After a full-page advertisement in Hindustan Times, Zee went a step ahead and put up a provocative hoarding near the office of Mr. Ravish Kumar.
The content of the hoarding is “Ravish ka Time ab nahi raha Prime”. It was referring to Ravish’s popular Prime Time debate show.
Earlier, in the full-page advertisement, Zee Hindustan targeted Mr. Arnab Goswami, Mr. Rajat and Ms. Anjana. The content of the advertisement was, ” Arnab ki debate ab kaun sunega. Anjana ki zarurat thi sirf kal tak. India mai ab Rajat ki adalat band”.
Reacting on the hoarding, Suparna Singh, the CEO of NDTV tweeted, “Thanks for the @ravishndtv shoutout, Zee. We think he owns Prime Time too (Mon-Fri 9 pm).”
