MEPMA project director V Himabindu has stated they will be giving free coaching and training to unemployed youth for Army Recruitment in cooperation with Vijayawada Municipal Corporation and EGMM.
In a pressnote here on Saturday, V Himabindu stated that Messrs Raksha Security Services will be giving free Army Recruitment training for unemployed youth to that they can get jobs in para-military, Border Security Force, Central Reserved Police Force, Indo-Tibetan Border Force and so on. She said the intending youths to undergo training can assemble at Swarajya Maidan (PWD Grounds) at 10 am on January 19 for selections.
Himabindu said the aspirants for Army jobs should have completed seventeen-and-a-half years and below 21 years age. They should have passed Class X with 45% marks or should have passed Intermediate. They should be 166cm tall, 77cm to 82 cm chest and 53kg weight. The eligible youths will be selected after the physical fitness test on January 19. The selected candidates would be sent to Dharmavaram near Puttaparthi in Anantapur district for three-month training during which period they would be provided free boarding and lodging. After successful training, the youths will be absorbed in the Army jobs and would get a salary of Rs 25,000. She exhorted the unemployed youths to attend the free training and get jobs. (NSS)
