Yamuna Nagar (Haryana): Setting an example of bravery and love, a woman braved a gang alone in Haryana’s Yamuna Nagar. The gang of men was beating the woman’s husband brutally over a piece of land. Instead of running away, the woman decided to fight them to save her husband.
The cellphone video of the woman fighting off five men armed with only a lathi went viral in India.
The 20-second video shows a man lying unconscious on the ground as the five men raining blows on him with sticks. Then the woman wearing green salwar kameez rushes in twirling the stick attacks the men untill they ran away.
