(Siasat News) Metropolitan Criminal Courts Legal Service Authority organized a seminar on “Arbitration and communication” at Nampally Criminal Court complex. Mr. J. Sham Prasad, Metropolitan and Sessions Judge, Mr. Darma Rao, Second Addl. Metropolitan and Sessions Judge, Ms. P. Rajeshwari, Secretary Legal Service Authority, Ms. Sharadha, Counselor and Mr. M.A. Mujeeb, Advocate participate in the seminar.
The speakers told that more than 3 crore cases are pending in various courts of India. It will take several decades to dispose off these cases. In order to deal with this cases quickly, Arbitration and Communication is the best method. All the advocates should try to use this source so that justice could be imparted speedily. It will save both time and energy besides reducing expenditure.
