Dubai, September 15: A 23-year-old student allegedly raped his niece when she was 9 and repeated the horrific act again when she was less than 14 years old.
MYH, Emirati, is accused by the Prosecution of raping his niece MIA who is below the age of 14 on May 27, 2011 and that he has been doing so since 2007.
Khalfan bin Ali, officer of Dubai Police testified that after the accused was arrested and questioned, he admitted that he raped his niece anally twice when she was 9 years old and that was against her will while the second time he had consensual sexual intercourse upon her request.
The Prosecution submitted to the court other criminal evidences apart from the confession of the accused including a forensic report of the girl that proved repeated anal intercourse and such confirms her claims.
Psychological report of the General Administration of Criminal Evidences reported that the accused is a psychopathic, aggressive person who suffers from sexual deviation, which was proved by his enjoyment in raping his minor niece.
Science proves that such people enjoy raping children and causing pain to the victim. Such people are mostly found to have been subjected to sexual assault in childhood or parental cruelty or they are found to be under the influence of drugs. The records did not mention how the crime was discovered.
The Court adjourned the case until October 2 and asked the Prosecution to summon the accused who failed to appear during the first hearing.
