MUMBAI: Renowned music director AR Rahman and his band of musicians has donated Rs 1 crore towards Kerala flood relief.
Taking to social media to share the news, he wrote: “From my artistes and me touring the USA ..to our brothers and sisters of Kerala ! May this small offering help in providing you some relief!”
Rahman also shared a photograph in which the musical maestro posing with other artists donating Rs 1 crore to the chief minister’s distress relief fund.

A few days back, AR Rahman, during his concert in California also performed for the victims of the rain battered state and dedicated a special song by altering the lyrics of his popular track ‘Mustafa Mustafa’ to ‘Don’t worry Kerala..’ The gesture was widely appreciated and was shared by several users and fan clubs.
