On the occasion of Maha Shivrathri festival on March 10, the APSRTC management has decided to run 1,645 special bus services to Srisailam, Edupayalu and Vemulawada from March 8 to 11for the convenience of the devotees.
According to Greater Hyderabad APSRTC Zone executive director Koteshwara Rao, 275 special bus services will be run from Mahatma Gandhi Bus Station to Srisailam, 453 buses from Mahbubnagar to Srisailam, 24 buses from Medak to Srisailam, 428 bus services from Medak to Edupayalu, 175 bus services from JBS Secunderabad to Vemulawada.
He said 180 special bus services would also be run from Secunderabad to Keesaragutta for the convenience of the devout public. They also said that 50% additional fare would be collected from the pilgrims during the festival period. (NSS)
