The celebrations of “April Fool” have nothing to do with the teachings of Islam. Making fun of others in the name of “April Fool” and teasing others are anti-Islamic activities.
We should refrain from such things. Telling lies on the occasion of “April Fool” is a deceit and a sin. Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) said that “any one who tells lies and cheats others, is not from us. Allah (SWT) reduces his food”.
Dr. Rizwana Zarreen Principal of Jamiatul Mominath expressed these thoughts while addressing a gathering of ladies and girls in Moghalpura yesterday. She told that a Muslim should lead his / her life according to the principles of Islam. Adopting the habits of others avoiding Islamic laws is a sinful activity, she said.
