The government has appointed State Public Information Officers in Minority Welfare Department for the effective implementation of Right to Information Act 2005, where people can approach for information. Principal Secretary Raymond Peter under GO RT 83 announced the names of 4 officers, who are entitled to resolve the applications under Right to Information Act.
J Raymond Peter Principal Secretary will be the Appellate Authority, while N J Prasad deputy secretary Minority Welfare and Mrs. N Suguna assistant secretary minority welfare have been appointed as assistant public information officers.
People can submit applications with these officers to seek information under Right to Information Act.
