Hyderabad: Telangana JAC chairman Prof Kodanda Ram expressed dismay over the sorry state affairs of the state universities in the state saying that the state government has to solve the issues pertaining to the varsities at the earliest.
Speaking at a round table conference on the state of universities and solution at Osmania University on Tuesday, Kodanda Ram said that even after the completion of two years of state formation, universities in Telangana continue to be neglected resulting in irreparable damage to the student community. He demanded immediate filing of teaching and non-teaching posts, release of funds and appointment of the varsity heads at the earliest. (INN)
