People facing hardship as they throng at Ranga Reddy District Collectorate for submission of their application for free home scheme by the Government of Telangana. It is noted the Chief Minister of Telangana Mr. K. Chandrasekhar Rao had promised two lakh homes for poor costing Rs. 7 lakh each free of cost.
