Mir Dilawar Ali Khan, Mustafa Ali and Hashim Ali, in a joint press statement clarified that they are not in agreement with the matter appended in the affidavit submitted by them in A.P. High Court in which it was mentioned that, God forbid, the Sunni Muslims are the assassins of Hazrath Imam Hussain, grandson of Prophet Mohammed (PBUH).
They clarified that the Sunni Muslims are the people of the house of Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) and no person can be a Muslim without expressing the allegiance and affection for the people of the house.
Both the Sunnis and the Shias condemn the cruel attitude of Yazid. Its practical proof was evidenced when the Sunnis condemned openly a scholar who had praised Yazid recently.
So far as the case of construction of compound wall of Imam Bada of Rain Bazar is concerned it should not be made the basis for aggravating sectoral differences. It should be allowed to be constructed in compliance with the orders of A.P. High Court.
They apologized the Sunnis for the sentiments hurt by them by the publication of the news item a few days back.
