Apple lovers may have to wait now for the new iPhone 8

Cupertino, California: The launch of new iPhone 8 was previously due in the month of September this year, may get delayed. The new version comes with a new OLED screen, new Touch ID and augmented reality features.

According to a report by DC, the new additions to the phone require more technical issues to be fixed. This may be a reason for it’s being delayed and may take as long as early 2018.

There not also cites suppliers suggesting that “key component shortages and technical challenges could delay the release of a high-end iPhone 8 device this fall.”

Apple has not made any statement yet about the delay in launch, but there have been many reports suggesting that it may be launched in 2018.
