Apple begins ‘Shot on iPhone Challenge’, 10 winning photos to be featured

Apple has started its iPhone photo competition and asked its users to submit the most beautiful images captured on their iPhone device.

Apple is looking for some exceptional photographs for its ‘Shot on iPhone Challenge’ from January 22 to February 7.

10 winning photos from worldwide which will be announced in February will be reviewed and selected by a panel of judges after their submissions, the company said in a statement late on Tuesday.

Apple said that the winning photos will be featured on billboards in selected cities, Apple retail stores and even online.

To participate in the challenge, click the pictures and post your best photo taken on iPhone to Instagram or Twitter with the #ShotOniPhone hashtag

The pictures taken can be straight from the camera or edited through Apple’s editing tools in the Photos app or with third-party software.

Apple said, “You retain your rights to your photograph; however, by submitting your photo, you grant Apple a royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive license for one year to use.”
