Hyderabad: There is no uniformity in the payment of arrears of D.A. to the State Govt. employees and pensioners since there are two different pay commissions for State and Central Govt. employees.
If the Govt. of Telangana does not implement the recommendations of state pay commission for two years, it amounts to humiliation to the commission appointed by the Govt. itself and it would be injustice to employees and pensioners.
Pensioners Association lamented that despite the recommendation of the Pay Revision Commission to implement 70 year schedule and the old schedule has been retained. Medical reimbursement scheme formulated in 2005 is continued without any revision.
The association requested the Govt. of Telangana to release DA arrears payable from January 2016 immediately which would also benefit pensioners.
