(Siasat News)Mr. Sayeed Moin, General Secretary of Hafiz Baba Nagar Welfare Association in a press note issued yesterday appealed to all those persons who complete 18 years of age as on 1st January 2013 to get their names enrolled so that they could exercise their votes in the next election.
They should fill in the prescribed application form and attach two passport size photos, birth certificate of school or college and an affidavit from the parents. In case of change of residence, form 7 should be used.
If there are any corrections in the existing electoral cards, form 8 should be used for incorporating corrections.
All these forms could be obtained from any circle office of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. They can also contact the concerned polling booth officers of the area.
