Telangana Electricity Employees’ Association (TEEA) has charged the APGenco management with ignoring government orders scornfully regarding implementation of Presidential Order and GO No. 610.
In a pressnote here, TEEA founder-president Kishan Singh Thakur has alleged that the APGenco management was indiscriminately suppressing the Telangana employees and filling Vidhyut Soudha with Seemandhra employees in utter violation of the GO No. 610. He alleged that the APGenco authorities were going ahead with filling Vidhyut Soudha with Seemandhra employees despite the Association pointing out gross injustices being meted out to the Telangana employees in transfers, postings and recruitment. He also alleged that the Genco management was treating the Telangana employees as untouchables.
Kishan Singh Thakur stated that the APGenco management has proved its partiality beyond doubt by issuing four orders transferring and posting 15 AEEs in the Vidhyut Soudha in violation of Presidential Order and GO No. 610. He alleged that the affairs of the APGenco deteriorated to such an extent that the authorities would transfer any one from any where to any place provided their palms are greased. He also alleged that AEE Kasturi Bai of Telangana was meted out gross injustice due to the corrupt activities of the Genco authorities. Though Kasturi Bai was born and brought up in Hyderabad, she was deliberately transferred to Zone II causing mental torture and financial difficulties, he stated, adding that despite several representations citing ill-health and family problems, she has not been transferred from Zone II and posted in Zone IV.
