APCC Chief Asks Party Men To Pressurize Present Regimes To Fulfill Promises

APCC president N. Raghuveera Reddy on Sunday said his party would be institutionally strengthened further with the help of party workers.

Speaking at district-level extensive meeting of the party workers at Suvarna Function hall here, Raghuveera Reddy exhorted party workers to closely monitor whether the welfare schemes launched by the previous Congress government were being properly implemented by the present regime. “We should also bring pressure on the government to implement its pre-poll promises in to to, he added. “The ultimate goal of the Congress is to return to power with the help of common people”, he said.

Former Union minister J D Sheelam, Rajya Sabha member Ramachander Rao, former ministers Devineni Rajasekhar, former MLA Malladi Vishnu and in-charges of 16 constituencies in the district also attended the program.
