Speaker of A.P. Assembly Dr. Kodela Siva Prasad Rao offered prayers in the temple of Lord Venkateswara on Monday morning.
On his arrival at Sri Vari Temple, the priests and officials have welcomed the Speaker with Temple honors and led to the sanctum sanctorium.
Later he offered prayers to the presiding deity of Lord Venkateswara, Vakula mata, Ananda Nilayam Vimana Venkateswara, Bhashyakarla Sannidhi and Yoga Narasimha Swamy in the Sanctum Sanctorum. After offering prayers the Vedic Pundits rendered Vedasirvachanam to the AP Speaker at Ranganayakula Mandapam. Later TTD JEO Pola Bhaskar offered prasadams, Lords Photo to the Speaker.
