AP recalls its forces from Hyderabad

Following directions of Governor ESL Narasimhan, the Andhra Pradesh Government on Wednesday recalled 400 police personnel that it deployed in Hyderabad following ongoing tussle over ‘Cash for Vote’ case.

According to sources, the Governor asked DGP JV Ramudu to recall the forces from Hyderabad as the move has escalated tension among the two governments. Following his advise, the DGP issues orders sending back all forces to AP. However, a few personnel have been retained in the city. (INN)
