The first training workshop for the newly elected MLAs of Andhra Pradesh State Legislative Assembly will be held on July 18 & 19th.
The workshop, to be held in a private hotel, will be addressed by Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan, Union Ministers Arun Jaitley, M Venkaiah Naidu and Najma Haptullah, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minsiter Nara Chandrababu Naidu and senior and former bureaucrats including Subhash Kashyap and Vinod Rai. Of 175 members in the Andhra Pradesh, as many as 98 are first time MLAs.
Meanwhile, AP Assembly Speaker Dr Kodela Siva Prasad Rao made a courtesy call to Telangana Speaker S Madhusudan Chary at latter’s office. Both have reportedly discussed the arrangements for next budget session.
