Brushing aside demands of Andhra ministers that Hyderabad be made as an union territory if section-8 is not implemented, Telangana deputy chief minister Kadiyam Srihari said they have no rights to demand this.
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu’s future would be decided after receiving notice in connection with cash for vote case, Kadiyam said and alleged that Chandrababu and his coterie have raised the issue of section-8 only to escape from cash for vote case.
Telangana deputy chief minister clarified that there was no place for corruption or any other crime in section-8. It was Chandrababu’s problem and not of two states.
Andhra ministers are crossing their limits and they do not have knowledge on this section, Kadiyam said adding that corruption or any other crimes done was not come under the ambit of section-8. He alleged that it was a drama to divert attention from cash for vote case.
He demanded to make public if they have any evidences on phone tapping. Chandrababu openly involved in cash for vote case and he has no rights to teach any lesson. It was fate of Andhra People who have Chandrababu as CM and his colleagues as ministers.
Kadiyam Srihari released results of SET. Of the total candidates of 1,02,388, 6432 have qualified. The minister said 5340 candiates in Telangana and 2892 candidates in Andhra Pradesh have qualified in the exams.
He said soon notification for jobs would be released and appointment of VCs would be made.(NSS)
