Guntur, May 13: The YSR Congress Party leader, Mr Ambati Rambabu, on Friday predicted that the Kiran Kumar Reddy government would collapse within the next three months. A government without popular support would not continue for long, he added.
Speaking to mediapersons here,Mr Rambabu said the people of Kadapa have reposed their confidence in Mr Jagan. He also felt that “Jagan wave” would sweep across the State. With Mr Jagan’s win in the by-election by a record margin would make the ministers and Congress legislators to apply their mind about their political survival and realize the fact that there was no use of remaining in the drowning boat. Under the circumstances, the survival of the Congress government for three years would be doubtful, he added.
He said that Mr Jagan Mohan Reddy has proved his supremacy in Kadapa in spite of 16 ministers, the Chief Minister, Mr N Kiran Kumar Reddy and his predecessor, Mr K Rosaiah, chief minister post aspirant, Mr K Chiranjeevi striving for the defeat of the YSR Congress leader. Recalling the statements of the Congress and Telugu Desam leaders that Mr Jagan Mohan Reddy would not win the by-election, he said that the people of the State would not believe these parties.
