Chief Secretary I.Y.R. Krishna Rao, along with senior officials, reviewed the formats and the frame work for obtaining information from all the Departments with reference to Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and the Growth Engines leading to Double Digit Growth (DDG).
It was decided to breakdown the KPI as something which need to be reviewed at monthly intervals, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly each department-wise. Similarly there will be a separate format for review of innovative or department-specific unique activities which the KPI depending upon the nature of the department would be in terms of service delivery levels, the existing service delivery levels and the improvements that are contemplated, the KPIs for growth engine and their contribution to DDG.
The major legislations contemplated in the Department, the time frame for the same would be separately reviewed. DDG process in terms of inputs processes, outputs would be reviewed w.r.f. to Economic Departments.
Senior Officers including S.P.Tucker, Dr. P.V. Ramesh, Satish Chandra, Sai Prasad, Pradyumna and others attended the meeting. (INN)
