The Andhra Pradesh government has decided to introduce four bills, including GST in the coming Assembly session.
A special session of the Assembly was being convened to ratify the GST bill passed by Parliament recently. The A P cabinet which met here at the CM’s office gave consent for four bills which include GST bill, Stamp & Registration amendment bill and NG Ranga Agriculture University amendment bill.
Meanwhile, YSRCP MLA Srikanth at Hyderabad alleged that the AP government was trying to hold a brief session of the Assembly. He demanded that the government conduct the session for at least 15 days to discuss various issues of public importance like drought, illegal mining and corruption. (NSS)
