AP govt. chief secretary applauds TTD for three line queue system

The Chief Secretary of Andhra Pradesh, Sri IYR Krishna Rao applauded the efforts of TTD EO MG Gopal for initiating the three-layer queue system inside the sanctum sanctorum of Tirumala, enabling hassle-free darshan for multitude of visiting pilgrims.
The CS of AP had darshan of Lord Venakteswara on Sunday morning in the three-layer darshan queue along with TTD EO MG Gopal and Tirumala JEO KS Sreenivasa Raju early in the day. The TTD EO explained the CS about the new system of darshan implemented inside the temple during last month which is giving positive results.
The EO narrated him that three wooden platforms with different heights have been erected with the first platform raised to a height of 16 inches, the second one at seven inches and the third at the floor level, to provide convenient darshan of Lord Venkateswara to the pilgrims without any obstruction.
After darshan, the CS was rendered vedasirvachanam in Ranganayakula Mandapam by vedic pundits. TTD EO presented him silk vastam, the lamination photo of Lord and prasadams.
Later, talking to media persons outside the Tirumala Shrine, the CS complimented the novel idea which is the brain child of TTD EO MG Gopal and wished him for succeeding in his efforts in providing hassle-free darshan to the pilgrims. “With this three-layer system, the pilgrims are now able to view the Lord without any push and pull which they often complain about. I wholeheartedly compliment MG Gopal and his team of officers for taking up this innovative solution for the long pending problem”, he added.
