The Government of Andhra Pradesh has approved Swiss Challenge method for the selection of master developer for the state capital area. The procedure for the Swiss Challenge will be as prescribed in the AP Infrastructure Development Enabling Act, 2001.
The implementing agency for this will be the Capital City Development and Management Company notified in G.O.Ms No.109.
The government will be receiving proposal from the competent and experienced developers in Municipal Administration and Urban Development.
The infrastructure authority chaired by the Chief Secretary will carry out the due diligence before the proposal is appraised and put it up for challenge.
