The district judge G Chakaradhara Rao today said here that five new courts have been sanctioned for the Krishna district.
Speaking to mediapersons in his chamber here, he said a Senior Civil Judge’s court for Machilipatnam, two Senior Civil Judge’s courts for Vijayawada, one First Class Magistrate’s court for Nuzvid and another First Class Magistrate’s court for Gannavaram have been sanctioned.
These courts would start functioning very soon, he said.
As many as 261 posts in seven categories will be filled up in the Krishna District and Sessions court soon, he added.
