Security personnel at the AP Secretariat here on Monday prevented over 200 farmers, coming from various parts of Andhra Pradesh State, from entering it.
Speaking to mediapersons at the Secretariat, farmers said they came here to clear doubts on loan waiver scheme as their loan was not yet to be waived off even in second phase but the Planning Commission president not allowed them inside. (NSS)
