Hyderabad, November 18: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister K Rosaiah today stressed on the need for more reforms in the administration to deliver better service to the people.
Though the government has reformed the administration over the years, many practices dating back to the British era were still being followed, the Chief Minister said after inaugurating the new integrated collectorate complex of Medak District in Sanga Reddy.
“There was lot of efforts to reform administration but still much more needs to be done. We have to give top most priority to improve the delivery process,” Rosaiah noted.
Incidentally, it was the Chief Minister’s first programme in recent weeks that went off peacefully without any protests from any quarters.
The complex was built at a cost of Rs 23.70 crore to house 38 government offices under one roof.
