Vijayawada: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu today inaugurated a property show organised here by the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India.
His government was contemplating to bring a new policy to sanction all approvals for real estate project under a single window, like the one already implemented in the industrial and tourism sectors, he said.
His government had decided to develop two mega-cities, four new townships and 13 smart cities in the state which would create more opportunities for the real sector, he said.
It was the responsibility of the real estate developers to create confidence among the consumers, he said.
About 90 real estate developers, property dealers and financial institutions have put up stalls at the show which will continue till Sunday.
