Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly monsoon session will start from August 31. Speaking to the media, Speaker Dr Kodela Shiva Prasad said that all arrangements were made for the session.
He suggested to the members to utilize the House time for meaningful discussion by not wasting the public money. He asked the members to raise the public issues in the House and try for a meaningful debate by giving good suggestions to the government. The members have to pull the government in case it committed mistakes, he said. He asked the members not to behave in indecent manner in the House, and he made it clear that he will act indiscriminately. He urged the members to strive to find solution to the problems prevailed in the State.
Andhra Pradesh State Director General of Police (DGP), JV Ramudu, has said that tight security arrangements were made for the monsoon session. Keeping the past experiences in mind, the Department has taken up several steps to avoid any sort of problem. Earlier, he had a meeting with the Speaker Kodela Shiva Prasad in the latter’s Chamber.
