Demanding anti-ragging legislation to curb ragging menace various voluntary organisations and sub organisations of political parties organised a round table conference at Sundarayya Vignana Kendram, Bagh Lingampally. CPI Convenor Greater Hyderabad North Zone Dr. Sudhakar, Mrs. Anuradha Rao, Aruna Jyoti, CV Ramana, Dayakar Reddy, SP Padmaja, K Manjulata, Radhika Acharya, Manga Reddy, Ramesh, Shiva Rama Krishna, Chandrasekhar, Satya, Shishu, school children and teacher attended the round table conference. The participants strongly condemned the Warangal incident where a student committed suicide de to ragging. They held the college administration equally responsible along with the seniors and demanded legislation to curb the menace.
