New Delhi, August 08: One more school student tested positive for the H1N1swine flu virus today. In all, 13 cases were reported today from the Capital, one among them is a school student. The officials associated with Delhi Health Dept refused to name the school.
“It creates unnecessary panic among the parents,” said the official. However, sources said that the school is a new one that has not reported any swine flu cases earlier.
On Thursday, eleven cases were reported from Delhi and NCR. Two were school students – one a Class VI Sanskriti School and another a Class II student of Shriram School Aravalli.
Sanskriti School was closed down today in order to fumigate the school and disinfect the classes and buses.
