Washington: Hollywood veteran Robert Redford who recently retired from acting, said it was a mistake.
It was in August that the 82-year old informed his fans he was finally retiring from the movie business.
Speaking to Variety on Thursday on the sidelines of the premiere of his upcoming film ‘The Old Man & the Gun’ he said that he should “never have said that”.
He added that if he is going to retire then he should have slipped “away from acting” rather than “talking about it” since it attracts some unwanted attention.
But it is not clear whether this film will be his last or not.
Robert Redford is well known for movies like ‘Captain America: The Winter Soldier’ and ‘Spy Game’.
