Job Description:
We are looking for Android Developer responsible for the development and maintenance of application aimed at a vast number of diverse Android devices. Your primary focus will be the development of android applications and their integration with back-end services specially AWS mobile services.You will be working along-side other engineers and developers working in different layers of the infrastructure. Commitment to collaborative problem solving, Excellent design and creating quality products
Responsibilities:
Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Java code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define,design,and ship new features.
Work with outside data sources and API’s
Working with AWS Mobile services.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
Continuously discover,evaluate,and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Skill:
Strong knowledge of Android SDK,Different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.
Good knowledge with AWS Web Services and Mobile Services.
Familiarity with Restful APIs to connect Android Applications to back-end services.
Strong knowledge of Android UI design priciples,patterns, and best practices.
Experience with offline storage,threading, and performance tuning.
Ability to design applications around natural user interfaces,such as touch.
Familiarity with the use of additional sensors, such as gyroscopes and accelerometers.
Familiarity with cloud messages APIs and push notifications.
A knack for benchmarking and optimizations
Understanding of Google’s design principles and interface guidelines.
Good knowledge on Google maps APIs integrations.
Familiarity with continuous integration.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
Salary:INR 3,00,000 – 5,00,000 P.A
