Department of Posts, Andhra Pradesh Postal Circle, Vijayawada invites online applications from the eligible candidates for direct recruitment to the cadre of Postman and Mail Guard in various Postal Divisions / RMS Division in AP Postal Circle. Age Limit: 18 to 27 Years. The Upper age limit as per Government of India Orders (Relaxation – SC / ST – 05 Years, OBC – 03 Years, PWD – 10 Years).
Pay Scale: ₹ 21700/- in Level-3 of Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC + Admissible allowance as prescribed from time to time.
Educational Qualification: Matriculation from any recognized Board or University.
Selection Process: Based on the marks obtained in the Aptitude Test, a merit list of qualified candidates will be prepared in each Postal / RMS Division Separately. The exam Centres are Kurnol, Vijayawada and Visakhapatnam.
Application and Exam Fee: Candidates belonging to General and OBC Category are required to pay ₹ 100/- Application Fee and ₹ 400/-Examination Fee. There is no fee for SC / ST / PWD / Women Category Candidates.
The last date payment of fee at post offices is 16th March 2018.
How to Apply: The applications submitted online through AP Post Online Portal. The primary registration through online from 14/02/2018 and closes on 15/03/2018 up to 23:59 Hours. The last date for final submission of application through online is 20/03/2018.
