Andhra CM off to Sri Lanka for two-day visit

New Delhi/Vijayawada: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu today left for Sri Lanka on a two-day visit at the invitation of President Maithripala Sirisena.

Naidu will be the Guest of Honour at a function tomorrow to mark the completion of two years in office of Sirisena, said a statement issued by his office.

He will also deliver a lecture on the topic ‘Prosperity to All’ with focus on economic development under-pinning poverty alleviation and innovation.

Sirisena will host a dinner for Naidu on his arrival on Saturday in Colombo, the statement said.

The Chief Minister will also meet Non-Resident Indians (NRI) before his departure from Colombo.
