Police intensified their investigation into the Dilsukhnagar twin blasts case. It is learnt that the elite National Investigation Agency (NIA) leading the investigation, is thinking of seeking the help of the FBI of USA in the probe.
The investigators are examining the CC TV footage obtained from various sources in the blast area. They are also examining the routes the terrorists got funds for the operation. It is learnt that they found that funds were received through Havala transactions.
The Intelligence Bureau has identified that three criminals involved in the blasts received money through havala. To unravel the mystery, NIA is thinking of seeking the help of the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). It is learnt that sleuths had already identified that funds were transferred from the Khuji Industrial Estate of Dubai. Police strongly suspect the hand of Indian Mujahideen chief Yaseen Bhaktal.
Meanwhile police marked the areas of bomb blast on Monday. They put lime markings at A-1 Mirch Centre, and 107 bus stop. They also put numbers marking the number of vehicles destroyed in the blasts. Police recorded the details of the hoardings and glass panes of shops damaged in hundred metres radius from the blast site. They are awaiting the clearance of the NIA for clearing the debris of the blast.
