Amer Ali Khan exhorts youth to attain modern higher education along with religious education

News editor Siasat daily Mr. Amer Ali Khan said that progress of a country or nation depends on education and youth are the asset of a country or nation; hence they should come out of inferiority complex and go ahead in the educational field keeping eye on their goal. Youth should build confidence among them and prove their mettle, showing that they have abilities on par with other countrymen. He cited the example of Maulana Abul Kalam Azam saying that Maulana Azad also belonged to minority community but the then prime minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru acknowledged the former’s abilities and appointed him as the first education minister of the country. Today Muslim youth should also emulate Maulana Abdul Kalam Azad and give better performance in educational field to bring laurels not only to the country and nation but to make their parents proud of them.

Mr. Amer Ali Khan was addressing Urdu conference held at Press Club Basheer Bagh by Telangana Urdu Forum and Mazhar Educational Society on the occasion of Birthday celebration of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad. He asserted that today the society is scarred with so many evils which are the result of deviation from religion Islam. He urged the Muslims to excel in studies while practicing Islamic teachings.
