New Delhi: To celebrate glitz, glamour and fashion, a two-day event Ambience Fashion Weekend 2017, was organised in the national capital for the fashion-conscious and the style-savvy.
Ambience Fashion Weekend 2017 took place at Ambience mall, Vasant Kunj on December 15 and 16.
The fashion marathon included all the big brands like Marks & Spencers, ALDO, Neeru’s and Indian designer labels like Anju Modi, Monisha Jaising, Ranna Gill, Reynu Tandon and Amit GT.
Bollywood divas like Malaika Arora, Shilpa Shetty Kundra, Shruti Hassan, Divya Khosla, Aahana Kumra to Esha Gupta walked down the ramp.
Day one commenced with glitz and glamour with Bollywood’s ‘Chaiyaan Chaaiyan’ star Malaika Arora, who walked the ramp for Trends and looked stunning in a grunge grey off-shouldered ensemble.
Day two witnessed an impressive line-up of ace fashion designers of the country.
The show opened with Marks and Spencers where actress Shruti Hassan added all the glitz to the day wearing a blue sequin dress.
The audience was still in a state of absorbing the shine when beautiful indie-girl Divya Khosla Kumar entered in a heavily embroidered bridal lehnga by Amit GT and Mughal-inspired.
The show was then taken forward by Reynu Tandon’s urban bride Aahana Kumra, who wore a very subtle black indo-western lehnga with cold shoulder golden choli.
Finale had to be grand to cease the glamorous night and what else would have been better than stunning Esha Gupta slaying in Anju Modi’s signature bridal lehnga. (ANI)
