New Delhi, January 13: Expelled Samajwadi Party leader Amar Singh today accused his former party of carrying out what he called a “murderous attack” on Rahul Gandhi during the young Congress leader’s recent visit to Uttar Pradesh.
In his latest blog, Amar Singh has made apparent references to Samajwadi Party President Mulayam Singh Yadav and his bete noire Azam Khan and given vent to his ire against the two without naming them.
Amar Singh has accsued them and the party of using and then discarding him when the purpose was served.
“Sometimes black balloons are hurled at the vehicle of a popular actress (Jaya Prada) of the country, and sometimes a murderous attack is made on Rahul Gandhi while he is going silently to the university complex for a lecture; this is undignified politics,” Amar Singh wrote on his blog.
